Who we are
CoreEdge Dynamics is the AI products and application engineering division of IT Healthcare Consulting (“ITHCC”, “we”), which operates coreedgedynamics.com and www.ithcc.com. Contact: info@ithcc.com, +1 (888) 664-8422, PO Box 266275, Weston, FL 33326.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, organization, email, phone (optional), and your message. Used solely to respond to your inquiry. We also record the submitting IP address and time to rate-limit the form and block automated abuse.
- AI assistant: the messages you exchange with our assistant are logged and used to respond to inquiries and improve the assistant. Please do not enter credentials, payment details, health information, or other confidential data into the assistant.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records ordinary request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL and browser user-agent.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics — no tracking pixels, no advertising network, no cross-site profiling. There is no cookie banner here because there is nothing to consent to.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you used the contact form.
Who we share it with
Information reaches only the service providers that let us run the site and reply to you: Microsoft Azure, which hosts this site and the database that queues contact messages; Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on these pages and therefore receives your IP address and user-agent when a page loads; and email delivery to an ITHCC mailbox so a person can answer you. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Client work
We build, host and operate software and integrations for clients. Where we process data inside a client's systems or on a client's behalf, that processing is governed by our written agreement with that client — not by this policy.
Retention & requests
Contact and assistant records are retained as long as needed to handle inquiries and improve our services. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, email info@ithcc.com. We will not discriminate against you for asking.
Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always at this address, with the effective date shown above.
