Core Voice: Run AI Phone Agents for Inbound and Outbound Calls—Completing Real Work, Not Just Answering.

Core Voice is a configurable platform for operating natural-language phone agents that handle inbound and outbound calls: scheduling, intake, payments, assessments, confirmations, collections, and customer service.

Its strongest capability is completing transactions with live business data. During the call, the agent reads and updates your systems through SQL and APIs — verifying the caller, checking availability, booking, taking secure payments, and sending confirmations before hangup.

Every call is individually configurable — language, workflow, data sources, compliance rules, and output format — and every call returns transcripts, evaluations, and structured JSON to your systems.

Conversation and voice

Inbound and outbound, both first-class

Inbound

  • Customer support, service inquiries & FAQs
  • Intake workflows and appointment scheduling
  • Reservations, bookings & order-status inquiries
  • Eligibility and account-information workflows
  • Caller authentication before protected actions
  • Department routing and live-agent transfer
  • After-hours coverage and lead qualification
  • Payment collection with post-payment confirmation
  • Call disposition and structured outcome generation

Outbound

  • Batch campaigns with configurable retry logic
  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Collections and payment outreach
  • Surveys, assessments & customer-satisfaction calls
  • Hospital discharge follow-up and health-risk assessments
  • Reservation confirmations and service-renewal reminders
  • Lead outreach and account verification
  • Notifications, status updates & partner follow-up
  • Scheduling by campaign, recipient, timezone, or business rule

Every call can carry its own configuration

Each call can receive its own greeting, system prompt, customer context, language, workflow definition, questions, business rules, authentication requirements, data-source configuration, transfer destinations, escalation criteria, output JSON format, compliance rules, call purpose, and notification rules.

This lets Core Voice behave as a reusable execution layer while another system — yours — controls the campaign, the workflow, and the data.

Live business data, during the conversation

Core Voice is not limited to preloaded call data. While the caller is on the line, the agent can retrieve or update customer records, account balances, appointment and reservation availability, service and order status, eligibility and provider information, pricing, payment status, case status, previous interaction history, SQL query results, API responses, and workflow state.

Payments on the call

Transfer and escalation that carries context

Transfers can be fixed rules or context-aware decisions: department and skill-based routing, live-agent escalation, and emergency or high-risk escalation. Triggers include sentiment, caller request, repeated failure, authentication result, account type, and business hours. The receiving agent gets the collected context and a pre-transfer summary — with configurable fallback behavior when no agent is available.

Alerts and risk detection

Configurable detection for self-harm language, threats, abuse, fraud indicators, compliance and legal-risk statements, payment-card / PII / PHI exposure, complaints, cancellation intent, high-value leads, service failures, escalation requests, negative sentiment, repeated caller confusion, agent-policy violations, and custom domain-specific phrases or conditions.

Alerts can trigger SMS, email, webhooks, database records, case creation, internal notifications, live transfer, or follow-up tasks — during the call, not after it.

Authentication, messaging, and reporting

Run it like a platform

Multi-tenant configuration, campaign and call-list management, prompt and agent configuration, user and role management, usage tracking and billing support, call-history and transcript review, environment-specific settings, audit logging, secure credential management, monitoring, background-job processing, retry and failure handling, and API-based call submission.

How a call flows

  1. A caller dials in — or an outbound campaign places the call with its own per-recipient configuration.
  2. The agent greets the caller in their language, identifies intent, and authenticates when the workflow requires it.
  3. Mid-conversation, it consults your SQL database or API — availability, balances, eligibility, order status — no hold, no transfer.
  4. It completes the task: books or reschedules, updates the record, takes a payment through the secure path.
  5. The caller gets an SMS or email confirmation before hanging up.
  6. The transcript, evaluation, and structured JSON outcome land in your systems; configured alerts fire; anything needing a human escalates with full context and a pre-transfer summary.
